Knox is our fun-loving and handsome dark American Golden. He is always “helping” us do work around the house and property. He is also good at playing fetch! He enjoys hiking, baseball, and hanging out with us. Knox is our “Gentle Giant.”
Knox’s namesake is revolutionary war hero Henry Knox, a long-time friend of George Washington, who resiliently transported heavy artillery during three intense winter months from Fort Ticonderoga in New York to Boston. This single effort was "one of the most stupendous feats of logistics" of that entire war. Our Knox is not fighting any battles, but he is a good friend to us, like Knox and Washington!
